Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping in the continental U.S. is a flat rate $5 fee through the USPS. This will include tracking and delivery confirmation.
Large value orders over a few hundred dollars may require signature upon delivery at the store’s discretion.
Orders to be shipped outside of the continental U.S. will be negotiated on a per-order basis.

Privacy & Security takes your privacy very seriously. We will *never* sell or trade your contact information. Additionally, we try our best to adhere to PCI and FISMA standards when handling personal data.

Returns & Replacements

Please understand that most tokens are ‘living objects’ that have potentially survived a dungeon run or two, as such, tokens are sold ‘as-in’ with no implied warrantee.
Depending on the success rate of the character who last used them, older tokens might have scuffs, scratches, unknown fluids, eldritch residue, or monster teeth indentations.
If you are not happy with your order, we stand by our product. You may return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping or payment processing fees.
We do *not* charge a restocking fee, but *do* examine returned tokens very carefully against the photos we take when we ship them.
Token swaps, or ‘non-standard’ tokens returned in this manner will result in no refund, and the returned ‘tokens’ will be confiscated and sent to True Adventures, Ltd.


Orders made through are considered binding legal agreements upon receipt of payment. There will be a grace period of 24-48 hours to account for payment processing time.
Orders that do not receive payment in that time frame may be abandoned at the discretion of the seller.
Orders where the buyer and seller agree to swap tokens for ‘gold’, will need to be negotiated on a per-order basis, shipping fees will still apply.
If a buyer cancels an order before it ships, they will be issued a refund minus any payment processing or handling fees.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Finalized orders are expected to be paid within 24-48 hours. It is the buyer’s responsibility to assure this has been done. reserves the right to abandon any orders that are not paid for within this grace period.
Any inventory from abandoned orders will be returned to the store inventory, and be might be subject to fluctuations in price.
From time to time, may sell items at a discounted rate. This discount is not retroactive.
All pricing is considered final at the time an order is submitted.

Viewing Orders

A buyer can check on the status of their order through the web UI. will make every effort to keep this information accurate.
During heavy shipping periods, there may be delays in order update status.

Updating Account Information

All users are responsible for keeping their shipping and contact information current. In the even that we can not contact a buyer with questions about their order, the order will be cancelled.
We will make *every* effort to contact you, but since the full setoff Teeth of Cavadar is still years off .. we need to rely on current methods and accurate contact information.
